You don't have to keep surviving the way you learned to.

Trauma-informed therapy for adults ready to understand themselves, heal from the past, and build a life that feels like their own.

Maybe you've gotten really good at holding everything together while feeling overwhelmed underneath it all. Maybe you understand why you feel the way you do, but still find yourself stuck in the same patterns.

That's where therapy can help.

I believe therapy isn't about fixing what's wrong with you. It's about understanding yourself, making sense of what you've been through, and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way.

You don't have to keep carrying what happened

Sometimes the past shows up in ways you don't expect—through anxiety, intrusive memories, relationship patterns, emotional reactions, or a feeling that you just can't seem to move forward.

EMDR can help you process experiences that still feel stuck, so you can feel more present, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.

My Approach

EMDR: A trauma-focused approach that can help process distressing experiences and memories.

IFS: Internal Family Systems helps us become curious about the different parts of you—including the parts that protect, criticize, avoid, or carry difficult emotions—without judging them.

CBT: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps you identify patterns between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and develop more helpful ways of responding.

DBT: Dialectical Behavior Therapy offers practical tools for managing intense emotions, navigating difficult moments, practicing mindfulness, and building healthier relationships.
